Mileage Overages
Additional miles beyond your plan are billed at $0.49/mile. We track mileage transparently so there are never any surprises on your invoice.
Insurance Add-Ons
Choose from basic liability, comprehensive coverage, or full protection packages. Monthly rentals include comprehensive coverage at no extra cost.
Fuel Policy
Pick up with a full tank, return with a full tank. We provide a fuel card option for business accounts for simplified expense tracking.
Deposits & Payments
A refundable security deposit is required at pickup. We accept all major credit cards, ACH transfers, and offer NET-30 terms for qualified businesses.

Are there any hidden fees?
Absolutely not. The price you see is the price you pay, plus applicable taxes. We are upfront about mileage overages, fuel policy, and any optional add-ons before you sign your rental agreement.
Can I switch between rental plans?
Yes. If you start with a daily rental and decide you need the van longer, we can seamlessly transition you to a weekly or monthly plan and credit your initial payments toward the new rate.
Do you offer discounts for multiple vans?
We offer fleet discounts for businesses renting two or more vans simultaneously. Contact our team for a custom quote tailored to your fleet size and usage needs.
What happens if I return the van early?
Weekly and monthly rentals returned early are billed at the next applicable rate. For example, returning a weekly rental after three days would be billed at the daily rate for those three days.
