Every rental includes a set mileage allowance based on your plan — 100 miles per day for daily rentals, 375 miles per week for weekly, and 1,200 miles per month for monthly plans. Extra mileage is billed at $0.49 per mile. All rentals come with routine roadside maintenance support, easy vehicle swaps if something comes up, and a clean, fully inspected van ready to go on day one. We take pride in keeping our fleet in top condition so you can focus on your business, not your vehicle.

All renters are fully responsible for any damage to the vehicle during their rental period. We offer an optional basic Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) for $300/month, which limits your out-of-pocket responsibility to a $2,500 deductible per incident. Without CDW, you are liable for the full cost of any repairs or replacement. If you carry your own personal or commercial auto insurance, we strongly recommend checking with your agent before your rental to confirm whether your policy covers commercial van rentals. Proof of valid coverage may be required at pickup. CargoVanz is not responsible for verifying third-party insurance coverage.

We accept major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Please note that we do not accept debit cards or contactless/tap-to-pay transactions — a physical credit card must be presented at pickup. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required at the time of pickup and must be placed on a credit card.
